Return Policy

Please Check your items carefully upon delivery.

As common in the wedding industry,  due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices very low,  you must contact us for return authorization within 3 business days from delivery to guarantee an exchange or a quick replacement.

Our return policy is as follow:

Damaged/Wrong Item I
If an incorrect or damaged item is received, please contact us within 3 business days to obtain return authorization.

We will provide you with authorization and instructions for returns.  If possible include a picture of the incorrect/damaged item, the style number and invoice number to help complete your return in a timely manner. After approval, we will create a full credit on your account or we can ship out a replacement. Please indicate which method you would prefer. 

Refused Deliveries
In the event an order is “Refused” the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges incurred. $14.00 for orders under $100.00, $16.00 for orders over $100.00

Unsatisfied With Purchase
If the item is not exactly what you anticipated, you may request a return authorization within 3 business days of delivery and receive a refund or replacement upon return of item, minus original shipping cost of $14.00 for orders under $100.00 and $16.00 for orders over $100.00. Item must be in unworn and undamaged condition.   Return instructions will be provided with authorization. Please keep in mind that you are required to pay for the shipping costs on a return.

Return request after three business days will be subject to the following:
$14.00 + 15%  Restocking fee 4 to 7 business days after delivery
$24.00 + 20%  Restocking fee 8-21 business days after delivery

No returns allowed after 21 business days from delivery
